Aftercare

Thank you for having massage treatment at Zoia Zest Clinic.

To maximise the benefit of your massage treatment that you have just received, you may wish to follow a few aftercare guidelines.

 

This will help prolong the benefits of your massage.

Up to 24 hours following the treatment:

•  No exercise

•  Drink plenty of water. This will speed up the elimination of toxins from the body 

•  Avoid all stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol and nicotine

•  Eat light and often 

•  You may feel light headed, dizzy or tired. If so do not work or drive after your treatment

•  Try relaxation techniques, e.g. deep breathing exercises, yoga etc.
